I don't get sick when playing myself, but I can get a little nauseous spectating someone else in Quake 3, for instance--especially a bot, because they're so jerky.
Make sure that the game STAYS at 85Hz when you start up Wolfenstien (I just hit a button on my monitor and it tells me what refresh rate it's set to, alternitavely you can stare at a point just above your monitor and see if you notice the flickering screen in the lower part of your field of vision). With my old Radeon in windows it'd be at 85Hz @ 1280X1024 but would jump to 60 when I started games. Fortunately that's no longer a problem since I moved to the GeForce 3 and the nVidia refresh rate fix.
<< Ok here's the deal, it's obviously motion sickness and with that being the case stay the hell away from Descent, version 1,2 or3 cause most games I can play but these babies will really make ya wanna upchuck LOL! >>
I was going to point that out!
Descent was the only game that made me feel ill. i FELT really dizzy from playing it so in the end I stopped. That was the ONLY game that made me feel like that. Forsaken was okay for me though All games are okay as well it was only descent that would make me feel ill
I suppose back then I had a P133, 16mb ram and 2mb built in graphics card!
