You get enough sleep? I woke up at 3:00 AM and could not get back to sleep which is I am feeling scatterbrained.

Too much chi is building up in your body causing your chakras to short circuit and fire/arc randomly.

OP, I can relate. People have been disoriented and confused lately, myself included. I dont know whats happening.

Dark have been my dreams of late. :(

The problem is your brain didn't come with an instruction manual, so you don't have complete control over it. Luckily for you someone has written one. Well, considering the complexity of the human mind and human experience, it's not so much an instruction manual as a quick start guide. But that might do to get you started.
