I'm on the phone right now with a couple trying to help them figure out why they can't get a display when they boot their computer. That's all well and good except for the fact that I do dial-up tech support. 
I'm the only one here for the rest of the night, but fortunately I don't have any other calls right now. I know I should just tell these people that I can't do anything for them, but I have this strange urge to try to help everyone that calls in.
Well, at least they are actually customers of ours.
