Why do girls get mad when guys leave the seat up?

Naw, it'd take way too long... and besides, it won't count all the times I piss in the shower or outside...

Okay heres my take on it *girl point of view* :
I dont really care if the seat is up or down, It doesnt make a difference which one I sit on because I find it disgusting to have my skin touch there no matter which way it is, so instead whenever I go to the bathroom I always take a strip of toilet paper and line the seat with it, that way I stay clean.
As for the lid, same thing, dont care if its up or down *EXCEPT* when Im taking a shower. Something about the fact that if it's left up, and the bathroom gets all hot and steamy, and evaporation, mixed in with the fact that there's that water sitting right there just kinda grosses me out. So if I'm taking a shower I have the seat down.
