Why do GF3 Ti500 cost so much?

Because they don't make them anymore... something like supply in demand... not very many of them = high price... but I could only hope there is no demand for it, espically at that price.
 
Becuase they have phased out. Just like how the Pentium 3's cost a lot becuase they arent being made anymore. When something becomes phased out, price tends to go up.
