Please explain to me how a 72" tall man can weigh 100lbs and not be skinny. Think of all the vital organs a human body has. The skeleton. The human brain weighs over 5lbs IIRC. There is no way you could have a guy of those proportions look anything other than emanciated.

I am no girl but I think they go for emotional/mental over physical. They do know that physical will not last forever and once that 6-pack lapses it will be flab in the form of a beer belly😀 And most 'skinny' guys do not lose his 6-pack for a beer belly and are the built looking ones later in life, whereas people like you who bulk up early in life are going to flab out later on and be pudgy, not built 😉
