i mean if you have a formula for perfection, then we wont have preference of beauty, meaning there will be one super model not whole bunch and everyone will agree on one person.

I think I was asking the wrong question in the title. It was meant to be a lead-in to the real question in the first post. Yes, individual preferences in beauty are going to vary, both within and across cultures, but there are a few 'universals' which seem to be present in every (or almost every) culture studied. One of the more peculiar ones is about exaggeration.
