Every time I try to install the LiveWare 3.0 package, I will reboot like they ask but all it does is manage to lock up my system. Nothing is overclocked. Athlon 600 on a Asus K7M

Hmmmm, works fine for me.

I use an Intel processor, but I've installed LW3 for Win2k on my friend's T-Bird/750 and it worked fine.
 
Hell maybe I schould just go back to the damn MX300. At least its drivers would and control panel would install right.
