can women smell fake self confidence?

okay, so you guys are saying that self confidence is what being a MAN is all about.
But don't you think that sometimes guys put on a little bit of a show and start acting not like themselves, just caus they want to come accross as C-O-N-F-I-D-E-N-T......
I mean you dont want that either, so what is the best answer of how to act around women?
I think that you have to be confident but also at the same time, still be yourself.

And not just a double on at that! A tripler!
Wait, there are FOUR of them now! They are breeding like rabbits!
(I think I hit 'quote' instead of edit.)

What would women consider worse then?
And also which type would women be less likely to date?
a) a guy who doesn't have self confidence
or...
b) or a guy who fakes self confidence.
both are equally worse
and... is there any way to do a "good" job of faking?

Your overall self confidence...
and your confidence in a particular scenario talking to a particular woman, right?
I would imagine the first one matters a lot,
but how much does the 2nd one matter?

the first should dictate the answer to the second

but admit it, you could still fall for a good faker,
thus wouldnt that make 'faking' the right thing to do?
I guess I'm wondering this.. because it seems there isnt really any way to 'get' self confidence, you either have it or you don't...

Oh, they just love the self-confidence...until you say "hey, will ya make me a sandwich please?" Then it all goes to sh1t real quick. :disgust:

i wouldnt say so...
lets say you were an alright guy... and you could ask an 'average' girl out and they would say yes...
but lets say you were talking to some really really really pretty, smart, cool person, perfect in every way girl..
i dont think you'd be 'as' confident... than if you were talking to some average girl 😉

no, you are just looking for a reason to keep your self destructive mentality yet have a justification to not improve yourself and act like you are someone you aren't. self confidence is not genetic, nor is genetics a scapegoat for low class actions

you'd assume that about me because you relate my personality to yours or people you are exposed to, which is obviously not true. I can tell you many things about my personality but what is the point? social records are nothing ever tangibly proven...hell i can show you my friendster profile, but even that isn't a true measure of social adaptation. let's just say it's quite rediculous of you to speculate over and against something that i have actually done many times.
