Why do AT discussions always degrade to personal attacks?

I think its because people spend entirely too much time on the internet debating and they get frustrated

or maybe they just have poor discussion and communication skills..

i know certain people on P&N really get me upset and i just want to say nasty shit to them..but its because i feel like we cant have useful communication, even though i want to

Check the threads I have posted in. I did not vote for Obama but once it was confirmed that he won I congratulated his supporters and wished them well.

I try not to let little things get to me anymore. Personal attacks on an internet forum are very little things to me. I did get worked up earlier today when they banned JohnCu but I admitted my error as soon as I realized it.

My life used to be one big resentment. I don't wish to live that way anymore.
