Why do all the hotties eventually dissapear over time?

Like, just one example. Mexican place when I first moved into my house. Several fine young hotties working there.

Today? Bunch of old ugly people working there. Men, women, but all old and ugly. Not a hottie in sight.

I know that rich fuckers, as soon as a hottie becomes of legal age, swoop in and woo them away with promises that they will be taken care of for life, and that they never have to work again, so they quit to go get married and are gone. I get that. But that has ALWAYS been the case. Why are they not replaced with even younger hotties moving up in age? Why hasn't some kind of equilibrium been reached yet? Why do 99% of the things in life, like this, seem to get worse over time? Fucking sucks...

Labor shortage. People can now find better paying jobs so you're left with owners or the lowest wage accepting individuals working at restaurants now.

You know, it's funny, but SD has a point. I think it's a marketing thing.


I remember when a VS opened in the only mall near here. At that point, the mall was fairly active with a Penneys at one end and a Sears at the other, Spencer Gifts, plus a few other major retailers in between and a decent food court. I'd go in and wander around for a couple of hours. VS was just about dead center and had two big front doors. At first, every clerk there looked like one of the catalog models, or were maybe trying out for the role. I swear they'd flown them in from LA or NY.

Over the next year or two, they all changed. The slim, trim glamour girls with full makeup, hair and heels were gone and it was all frumpy old ladies in smocks and orthopedic shoes.

Maybe the hotties quit and they are on youtube or twitch making millions. You could look them up there.
