how come even the girls who look mad skinny in dresses and stuff always have a little buldge on their stomach at least? obviously there are some exceptions like super models but what i am saying is that if a dude is in even decent shape, they dont have any buldge

Well, often times the dress is skin tight and either it's simply abdominal musculature protruding, or perhaps they have a bit of a pelvic tilt and it's simply the bump as the pubis recedes. Or maybe they're just women, and heaven forbid, they have above 2% bodyfat.
 
Apart from the body fat distribution, a vagina is basically an inverted penis. If you'd insert your penis backwards, you'd probably have a little bulge too.

Uh, just to let you know - guys just as easily have a small amount of flab even if the guy is in top shape.
You've never heard of a guy saying no matter what he does, he can't get the abs to show serious definition?

Also, it's more genetically a guy's thing to have a little flab in the stomach. Females should have less stomach flab (regardless of physical condition), and more flab around the hips.

While true, that doesn't really explain it since women don't normally store fat except on their thighs, hips and arse, it's only those who have had children that have that puff on their lower belly.

However, men store different kinds of lipoids on their stomachs, fast acting and WAY faster production into ketones for long seasons with little prey.

We are still there, although we seem to change as a species since so many men are complete pussies and still get to fuck.
