I used to have alot of trouble sleeping. Went to a sleep lab, got my little breathing machine now, with an oxygen concentrater running in the corner. I sleep great now!

I average about 8 hours sleep a night, plus a 2 hour nap a day 🙂

When I was a kid I slept about 12 hours a night. My dad used to tell me that I was sleeping my life away. Jeepers, when I sleep I dream, when I dream I get to fly, defeat awesome monsters and explore strange worlds with famous people! Sleeping and dreaming are the best things in the world 🙂

 
I know it really helps if u just focus your mind to think blank and really relax and nap for 20 to 30 minutes.
will feel a whole lot different!
