Clearly it’s not very bright. What else would it be if you are the kind of person who would believe a serial liar, with a history of saying publicly and privately racist things, who struggled to say they condemn racists and hate groups?

Using their logic, if I said Putin loves to fuck horses, it must be true and they believe it because I said it. He won’t find anyone countering my claim so it must be true but that’s the logic it’s using.

Trump is such a slimeball he often answers questions like...maybe I/we/it will, maybe I/we/it won't. Again not committing to ANYTHING and the same time giving himself DENIABILITY. It also gives his supporters talking points which @killster1 was happy to use. Should I be surprised people still fall for this shit? Don't people know this is one one of the reasons reporters will ask politicians the same questions over time?
