Why did they bleep out Uma's name in Kill Bill?

The below is simply a guess:

They bleeped out her name so you didn't know her last name. This was to make you think that she died at a wedding where she was to wed Bill. The big spin was that she wasn't marrying Bill, but some other shmuck and Bill was simply pissed off for being left behind.

Even if that is wrong, I think it is safe to say the basic reason for bleeping out the name is because, although he used it at that point, he did not want movie watchers to hear the name until later on.

It was obvious from the start that she wasn't marrying Bill, I don't see where the confusion would be.
