Why did our production flatline for a bit?

Did a fairly small member leave, and was maybe missed by the stats people? It's odd for our production just to stop for a few hours like that.

Dont worry - even if we were not uploading WUs, we were still processing them. Lets wait and give people chance to upload and we'll regain the lead.

I work in a DOE physics lab. I inquired as to whether I could install a DC app on my own machine (the sysadmin is a buddy of mine), and he told me not to if I wanted to keep my job. He said they are viewed as security risks and they would get me fired if someone found one running on my computer.

Sorry SeekingTao, but it's better to ask and have a "No" then not ask at all...

Sukhoi, it could be that the adjustments to TeAm from flushes of PRE-RACE WU's from several TA members could have negated any new WU's that we produced?!?...especially if several were adjusted at the same time.

Just a thought...

Thats too bad. At the moment I am only running it on one PC at work - no one else wants the ever-so slightly noticable slowdown :/
