Not sure why its better vs regular deep fried, maybe the breading/skin is more crispy and less greasy seeming, but it's friggin delicious.

This. Tried it for the first time 2yrs ago maybe and thought it was awesome. Definitely is less greasy, but equally delicious to fried chicken.
