Why cant there be babe threads?

the stupid offical responce i heard when they stopped them a year or two ago is that this is supposed to be a family friendly forum or some nonsense like that.

Because then half of all threads would be stupid babe threads where someone posts the same picture that everyone has seen, then half the people say "SO HOT!" and the other half says 'NO, xxxxxx is hotter!"

Then we have a post on xxxxxxx, and the same thing happens there.

It's ridiculous. It's annoying, and it eat up bandwidth for nothing. We all know how to use the internet to get pictures of hot girls, we don't need new threads posted here every second.

IMO, it should be taken on a case by case basis.

What the hell is wrong with it? As long as there is no nudity or anything, which is against the rules anyway, what is the problem?

Family oriented: Hmm....I have been reading peoples posts and replies on this forum for almost 2 years and I have been posting since December 2003. I have checked out many other forums as well, and the main reason why I prefer this forum over others is because people ATOT is the least family oriented out of them all.
