You're picking on the wrong thing. The CIA bit just came from the fact that he didn't understand how the US government works. His claim is that the US can't find their own top targets inside their country, so people shouldn't pick on Pakistan for missing OBL. The evidence, however, points to the contrary, as the US does find most of it's domestic fugitives.

Yeah, and most don't even live in mansions across from military academies either.
