I'd be willing to bet that the average man cant do many pushups either. My wife was able to do 25 before we ever worked out.
This only makes it easier to do pushups.Originally posted by: FleshLight
Their centroid is also located lower.

Testosterone is the primary muscle building hormone. Steroids are nothing more than synthetic testosterone. Since womens' primary sex hormone is estrogen and they have only trace amounts of testosterone, they naturally have less muscle than even sedentary men.

Women that big take steroids. About the biggest a woman can get naturally is Linda Hamilton in Terminator. Muscles, obviously. If we're counting fat, that's a whole nother ballgame.
As an aside, women who take steroids for some time usually have a greatly enlarged clitoris, it's quite a sight.

Genetically women are physically weaker than men. This is not intended to be sexist, but rather truth.

Women's arms are just built the wrong way- they have that strange additional 20-30deg. bend past the elbow which is more useful for cradling babies than pushing off. Men's arms hang straight or with a slight curl, better built for leverage and strength.

I'm not sexist or anything but I noticed recently that most women can't do pushups. Not just fat ones, but your average physically fit woman cannot do a pushup unless she pumps iron. Your average man on the other hand, even fat ones or ones that don't work out can do at least one. What's the deal here?
