Why can't most women do pushups?

I'm not sexist or anything but I noticed recently that most women can't do pushups. Not just fat ones, but your average physically fit woman cannot do a pushup unless she pumps iron. Your average man on the other hand, even fat ones or ones that don't work out can do at least one. What's the deal here?

Pushups can build up the muscles under the boobies, leading to boobies (or man boobies if you are a fat guy only doing pushups)

My wife can do a fair amount of pushups, she started with pushups from the knees and moved to regular ones after some training. We have done workouts such as
Run 800m
Do 25 pushups
Do 25 squats
Do 50 pushups
repeat 3 times

And she can keep up with the guys.

Men naturally build a lot more upper body strength, while women build a lot of lower body strength, notably in the thighs/quads.

Genetically women are physically weaker than men. This is not intended to be sexist, but rather truth.

But they sure can squat.

Dunno why but 1 in 10 of my guy friends can do squats really well.

Because some guys who go to the gym spend more time working their chest than do leg workouts. A complete regimen involves total body workout spread over the course of the week.
