why can't I turn left and shoot at the same time?

May sound silly , but this is a real pain .
I have four systems networked for games , one of them does this: when playing unreal tournament or quake 3, it won't
let me turn left with the mouse while trying to shoot with the left button, all the other systems work fine except this one. I tried looking for a better driver (has ps2 compatible) but it says it already has the best one?

MSI 6209 (I think) has BX chipset on it.

anyone ever had this problem, fixes welcome!
guess I could just make sure I'm not the one playing on that system when we play games (not fair huh) but sometimes I forget and end up playing on it, help make my game room more fair, its a good cause!

It might be a mouse problem, try using a different one.

I've tried that, the mouse works fine till you play a game and try to shoot , then you can only move to the right till you release the fire button. So I try to aim to the left of my enemy and spray the bullets
across the left side of his head from left to right. of course during action when your moving fast that doesn't always work..
