Why can't I switch to 133mhz fsb?

I have an Iwill KK266 with 256 megs of Mosel Vitalic PC133, taisol hsf and a 1.3ghz T-bird. When I put the multiplier at 10 and save it, I rebooted and jumped the pin for the 133fsb. I then attempted to reboot, but nothing happened. The chip is a factory unlock I even upped the voltage to 1.85. It should run at 133fsb...maybe it's something simple i'm not doing? I checked into the PCI divider, and theres no option for it in the bios. I'm guessing that its always auto. I'm stuck running 13x110!

1. Keep the pin at 100 FSB.
2. Clear the CMOS.
3. Fire up & go to bios.
4. Up the FSB in the bios
5. Save & reboot.

problem with that is......it only goes to 132fsb. You have to jump it to 133 before you can go past 132mhz. after you jump the pins, it shows 133-166

there has been a great deal of problems with this set up. can't remember where i saw it , but the problem is the jumper for 100\133 mhz.
1. jumper the mb to 133
2. you reset the mutiplier
3.the mb , when it first fires up does not "see" the fact that you have set the mutiplier to 10. that is a bios setting. were talking the first 2-3 seconds that your comp is starting. all it sees is the buss at 133mhz and the mutiplier at 13 =1729.
only good fix is to get a mb without the 100\133 jumper.
hope i explaned this correctly. will try to find the link i saw this info at and post it here.
i have one of those mb {kk266+} and other than the same problem it's very good.
good luck

that is not the only way chuck, the motherboard can be used but you have to mod the bridges on the chip to set a lower multiplier that will alow you to boot at 133mhz fsb.
