Why can't I receive the printable coupons

When I click on a link such as the one posted for staples coupons, I get to the page but when I click the coupon I get a message saying " The data the plug in requested did not download successfully". Any one know what I have set wrong. It seems to be the only problem I have with IE. Thanks for any advice!
 
make sure you have any download manager, like download accelerator, disabled during the coupon download. i use download accelerator, and i just disable it by holding down the alt tab.

I could have swore that Germy Boy said something ELSE before he edited his message...something not very nice. :| I don't see anything wrong with someone making a mistake...unlike some people (Germy Boy).
