Why can't I print???

:\ I apologize in advance if this is the wrong forum and also this may be a dumb question, but....

For reference I have Mozilla Firefox and Yahoo e mail
Why can't I print an invoice/receipt from my e mail??? The printer prints the boarders, but the space where the invoice sits comes out blank. the printer is working fine. How do I fix this?

Try another browser. Chrome has an excellent printer interface.

Are the invoices in PDF format? If so, in the print dialog under "Comments and Forms" on the right, make sure you select "Document and Markups".

Is the invoice an attachment to the email?
If the invoice is in the email body itself then I would consider printing it PDF first then do your adjustment in PDF if necessary. I sometime do it. 🙂
