Why can't I post attachments ?

I tried posting a help thread in the Security Forum, but . . . .

The HTML code turned off.

I can't post attachments of any kind.

I can't even copy and paste.

Wassup ?
 
Only Mods/Admins can post them. It's turned off for everyone else.

what do you mean its 'turned off for everyone else' ?

obviously it isn't. people post links, images, etc etc on every subforum in virtually
every thread - but i can't.

i can't even copy and post. if i try to do so, vbulletin sees the text as 'images'.
 
Olds is correct. The ability to post attachments is limited to mods/admins. The ability to post images and links is available to registered members. Make sure that in your userCP you enable Standard Editor-Extra formatting controls. Then you should be able to do everything except post attachments. 🙂
