Why can't I listen to ogg in Winamp 5?

When I try to play an OGG song it just sits there. OGG used to work in Winamp 2.x. What do I need to install to make it work now?
 
Actually, there's not a separate plugin for it that I found. You only get it as part of winamp "Full" not winamp "Lite". How odd.

Last time I used Foobar the interface sucked. I like Winamp's interface and the global hotkeys. What's good about Foobar?
