Why can't I get this IE tweak to work?

Good news! I just saved a lot of money by switching to Geico.. and the tweak worked perfectly.. and it's a wonderful tweak.

Perhaps it's a setting somewhere. I have noticed lately that if I mistype a URL, I always get this:

"http:///?%20" ahead of the mistyped URL. WTF?

This is your problem.

Something has altered your settings to change error pages to /? . The only way I know of to fix this is through the registry.

Yeah, it's been recent, but I can't find the setting. I've check IE, TweakUI - nothing...
