I was saying MY question was dumb.

Your computer beeps EVERY time you press it? Even when you are in Windows?

Try another keyboard.

Are you sure your mobo enters bios with the delete key? Some mobos have other key(s) combinations for bios entry.

Okay I fixed the problem. I was pressing delete, but delete isnt the right button to press. I just macshed my palms on the keyboard when it was starting up and I happened to press the correct key (i dont know what that key is tho). I wanted to see if just mabye mabye mabye i could possibly OC even tho im on an intel mobo, but i cant (yes i know intel mobos cant OC i was just curious). Does anyone know of a program or anything that can overide the lock? Or a BIOS patch that overrides it?

Intel chips are constructed with locked multipliers - you would have to modify the chip itself to get around it....or get an AMD :p.

You can try this program CPUFSB it uses software to raise your FSB it works on a few Intel mobos I raised the FSB on a Intel845GRG.
