Why cant I find any servers on SOF2?

I cant even add an IP address that individuals post on here. Whats going on?

after you add a favorite, you go to the source to set it on favorites

where are we all playing? I've had enough running around by myself already...

Some guy posted a ip: 128.54.190.98. However the server is inactive.
Why cannot I refresh the server list? Is there no one hosting? How can I see how the game looks like? Dont care if no one is there, just want to check it out.

Yeah, I tried that ip already... no workie.

The list update feature doesn't seem to work as of yet...
