Why can't I eat anymore?

The passed couple days have been really weird. I can't eat more than half a meal in 1 sitting. I just feel pretty full and a tad queezy for some reason. I don't even get that hungry from not eating. For example, yesterday all I had to eat was 3 chicken nuggets and half a subway sandwich.

The only thing that I can think of that caused this is I just stopped smoking pot. I used to smoke a couple times every day and I think that may have messed up my metabolism since when I got the munchies I would just pig out.

Anyone have any ideas of what caused this and how I can stop it?

If you are female and are sexually active, you could be pregnant, or any number of things.

If you are a male, could be any number of things, minus the pregnancy.

Have you been depressed or stressed lately? I find that I loose my appetite when I am either of those.

Depends on a lot of things, but the pots got nothing to do with it. Need more information to say. Whats your gender, are you overweight, are you depressed etc?

I'm male, 20 years old, pretty good health. Just started my 2nd year of college, which is why I quit smoking.

It didnt start happening until I moved in here, and since I moved in I've been drinking alot. Is that a possible cause? Classes will start soon so drinking will have to be cut down on anyways.

Not depressed at all, haven't been happier since I've been back in school.

Drinking is probably one of the worst think you can do to your body. Try to keep your drinking to one or two days on the weekends and don't binge drink. Do some research and you'll be amazed at what kind of havoc excessive alcohol has on ALL parts of your body -- metabolism, blood sugar, stomach health, etc.

Drink more water. You could just be excessively dehydrated.

Its the drinking. Your stomach is so constantly attacked by the alcohol that it cant deal with food. Thats why youre feeling queasy as well.

I cant eat a decent meal when Ive got a hangover. Maybe I can force some juice and a banana, but I wont eat straight until at least the night. If I'm on a good weekend bender, I'm not eating proper until tuesday.

VERY good thing to eat when hungover or have post-drinking stomach malaise: TOMATO.

Either via tomato juice, V8, tomato soup, or just plain tomato sauce + pasta. I promise you'll feel better.
