hi,
i downloaded redhat from one of the many ftp sites and i proceeded to burn the 3 iso images using nero (yes, i followed the instructions on how to burn the iso images.) At the end i endup with cds titled Red Hat Linux_i3 (I:) (3 of them). WEll, when i insert disc one to boot up my pc with, it just hangs; so i made a floppy boot image from teh cd, and same thing; when it gets to floppy, it just hangs too...
any cd's why this downloaded linux iso images dont work??? should i use another burnign program???

Any decent FTP site will have MD5SUMs for you to verify the download is correct, did you check them?

Make sure the CD is being closed after the burn to disk.
I've used Nero to burn three different Linux iso's in the last month and it's worked perfectly.
There shouldn't be a problem if the MD5 sums check out.
