Why can't I access some secure sites like paypal and ebay with my new wireless router?

im using a belkin MIMO router and using 128 bit WEP security

everything works perfectly except when I login to some websites such as ebay and paypal...why is it doing this im thinking something about security or a secure connection?

very odd besides that though this router is absolutely amazing im on a laptop with a G card and i have AMAZING connection all over my house with the Mimo router located in my basement.

update= i just realized that AOL and AIM also dont allow me to log on...but like....anandtech let me log on perfectly fine! what is going on?

It's probably encryption: encrypted traffic can't be fragmented.

Try reducing the MTU to something like 1496, maybe even 1476.
