why can't fat loss be targeted?

i know it can't be, but fat distribution isn't uniform throughout our bodies. so why is it impossible to work out a specific part of the body to lose fat in a specific area?

I've seen a program on tv where they have an injection that dissolves fat in a specific area. It's not approved by the FDA though, but you can get it in other countries.

Because that's not how your body works. Your body determines where IT wants to burn fat, not you. And it does so in a way determined by evolution, not your vanity.

It's called LIPOSUCTION.


If you don't wanna "operation" then keep dieting and exercising (eating "right" helps, too). :p
