Why can I view this webpage? Help

I installed a new hard drive last week. I got all the Windows Xp/ Intenet Explorer updates including the Micrsoft Virtual Machine (for Java). On my old hard drive I use to be able to see this site perfectly. I have checked the IE settings on my new hard drive and cant figure out the problem. Please take a look, this site is suppose to take you to a set of cricket gaming (the sport) forums

maybe check to see if cookies are allowed and that the security level is on low or custom.
migth also want to check to see if you have sun's java system installed

I tried that already. Infact I set everything to the lowest possible security level and enabled all Java and active x controls etc. I am really stumped at how to solve this problem!
