Why can I not get digital cable on my All-In-Wonder even if I have service?

I'm assuming the box decodes the signal coming in. But my 7500 All In Wonder has digital channels listed in the guide. We do pay for the service so is there a way to get the channels? I'm not looking to cheat anyone just wondering if there is a way.

Thanks

How are the connections set up? The only way it would work is

Coax --> digital box --> AIW

The AIW tuner is bypassed and you only use the Video In. The built-in AIW tuner can't decode digital cable channels.

If you subscribe to "digital" cable, you'll need to get your provider's "digital" cable box. No matter what kind of TV or TV tuner card you have (ie: HDTV monitor, HDTV, standard TV, HD TV tuner, etc).

I figured the box was necessary for digital channels & at $6.50/mo I don't need it that bad :)
