Why Buy Warcraft III Retail?

All of us that're desperate to play this game, got the Beta, played on Warforge, and now got the retail from razor1911 and playing on another server other than battle.net.

I still support buying the game tomorrow to support the developers for making this game.

Any advantage to doing so other than being able to play on battle.net?
What more can we do by buying the game now that all these retail warez and fake servers are out there?

Although, I think the price for the game is pretty high at $90.00 at my local Future Shop. :Q

Well, if you ever want to see starcraft 2...

Plus, I didn't warez the beta, or the retail, or any other version of it, so I guess poor old me will have to buy the damn thing if I want to play it.
 
I cant wait to get it tomorrow. All the warez retail servers WILL be shutdown by blizzard sooner or later. Get the game dude. Dont be a cheapo. Its $60, so was every other game on realease day. I have never seen a highly anticipated game be lower than $50.
 
i'm going to buy it to play it. gotta give support. if it's as good as they say it's supposed to be, it'll be worth the money.
 
when wc3 goes under $40, i shall buy it for the sake of playing on bnet (by then they'll probably update it)

WC2 B.Net edition already goes for $9.99, and that includes the expansion disc. How much cheaper do you want it to get? :Q

How much is it on sale? Only way I'll get the game when it's on sale, figure it'll hit $39.99 at BB,CC, or CompUSA within a few weeks.

to support the developers, battlenet... to vote with your money to encourage companys that release good products😛 i'm sure many freeware games match warcraft 3 right? 😛 if u don't feel like paying for it, then don't play it. go read a book.

no, only the fake bnet. and frankly they can do what they want, its their product. if you don't like it, don't buy it, don't play it.
