It's probably just the makeup of what makes a person a conservative and what makes a person a liberal. Why are there very few conservatives in Hollywood? I bet it's the same reason.

Well we all know who runs Hollywood and media. Its not like they are looking for conservatives and the ones there aren't going to run around waving flags. Also consider why female US celebs are often less attractive than girls you see in the mall - and why the models are skinny with boobs starved off and look like boys.

Which is why all the conservative comedians have flocked to uncensored mediums like Youtube. I mean, that place is just covered in funny conservatives.

.... right?

And sorry guys, but Dennis Miller is not funny. When he was liberal he wasn't funny. When he was on Monday Night Football he wasn't funny. When he's on Bill O'Reilly... he's not funny.

Oh yeah and Butterbean, you're still insane. Please seek help.

This.

Dennis Miller is not funny.

My vote goes for Ron 'Tater Salad' White. I don't agree with some of the stuff he says but he can be funny 'ha-ha' at times ...

Dennis Miller is hilarious.

People who don't find him funny typically aren't smart enough to understand his comedy.

Just plain Fail

The only funny line Dennis 'Dumb Ass' Miller ever had was, "Guns don't kill people ... OJ kills people"

I get it.
Dennis Miller = not funny
Ron White = Hilarious.

....no more discussion needed here....move along....

great list. Interesting that everyone decided to skip right over your post. better to attack the comedians like dennis miller and ben stein, it's apparently easier.

Comedy is emotional. Liberals are exceedingly emotional. There are more liberal comedians because liberal comedians are simply filling a need. many libs are miserable, hate filled and vitriolic - they need cheering up. This is why there is a consistent flow of liberal comedians to answer the call to cheer up the miserable libs.

Conservatives, in contrast, are generally content. This fits in with the basic ideologies of both sides - liberals are constantly pushing for more change, which takes more work and leads to more chances of failure, thus more heartbreak, more disappointment, more sadness - and liberals are to be commended for all the hard work they put in......Conservatives have it easy most of the time - they are generally fine with the way things are. If there is a need for some sort of change, conservatives simply apply logic to the solution and get the job done. then it's back to being content again.

Liberals must appeal to emotion to get things done. This method, when it works, it works extremely well. Unfortunately it doesn't work more often than not (not surprisingly, as logic usually wins out over emotion), so liberals are left feeling miserable once again. Liberal comedians see this opportunity and pounce on it whenever possible. Because of these extreme mood swings experienced by liberals, the jokes need to be EXTREMELY funny in order to bring the miserable liberal back from the doldrums. And generally the best way to do that is to make fun of what a liberal hates the most.

I think that also explains why Conservatives are also so easy to make fun of.

There was an interesting study that came out this year, the results of a study showed that if you are startled by a loud noise, you tend to be conservative, if the person took the loud noise in stride, they tended to be liberal.

Jeff Foxworthy:" You might be a redneck" WAS funny at first, now it's tiring.

Rodney Carrington: Never found him too funny.

Bob Hope: Definately a funny guy a Classic, but I don't think he would like where the Repubs are now.

Adam Sandler: Again, he used to be alot better, now he's getting tiring as well...Zohan movie sucked big time.

Drew Carey: Never found him funny at all.

That post was glazed over because none of those comics are funny.
