If I actually care about what I post on an online forum, my posts may have better resemblance to the acceptable structure of the English language, or better contents. You see, by being anally retentive about someone's mistakes doesn't actually make you a better person, or superior in any ways. Perhaps that's how you would feel, but in reality, nobody really gives a sh!t.

Take randay for example, I'm sure if I do a search on all his postings, I'd find many laughable mistakes. Not just in grammar, spellings but probably contents as well. Judging from what I've seen so far, I'd venture a bet that English wasn't his first language either. Moral of the story? Quit making an ass of yourself.

I could care less.

Sorry. We can't help it, just so easy to do. :p :D

What about those of us that actually are lawyers? Are we still subject to this question?

BTW, don't say "I could care less" or the grammar nazis will destroy you. The more correct form is "I could NOT care less."

I actually do care, hence the post. If I couldn't care less, I wouldn't have posted.

You're free to argue, but you're not getting paid.

Why aren't some of you take grammar lesson?

Oh, I see we already covered that.
Besides, if I became a lawyer, I could no longer use the acronym IANAL, and I'd miss it terribly.

But then you could use IAAL. But of course you'd be submitted yourself to UPL and malpractice :D

Most of the time lawyers have to know what they are talking about.
Most of the time when people argue on here they don't know what they are talking about.

I definitely think some of you guys should pursue a career in litigation.
See, that's just the point. People who will argue just to argue and don't care terribly much whether they are right or wrong already have a problem. Becoming a lawyer to exploit that talent is similar to becoming a salesman to exploit the talent of leading others by the nose. It may lead to personal prosperity but without a foundation of personal integrity that can be nowhere. Some people who become lawyers can maintain personal integrity. Fools rush in where angels fear to tread. When I faced that, I decided against going to law school. My score on the LSAT was good enough, and I didn't even study for it. I really couldn't see myself as a lawyer.

Edit: Thanks ATOT, I'm slowly but surely improving my grammar and spellings by posting here. You guys make a guy dreams come true...

you have to work too hard, and go to school and study hard.

I'd rather just argue and get drunk.

You could have become a non-profits lawyer, saving the world. Or even better, work for the Federal Defenders.
