Now as a guy I check out women between say 18 and 39 and it seems only like one in ten are even a halfway decent looking.

Why aren't more women better looking?

Perception and where you live play a big role.

If you live in BFE North Dakota - you're not going to see as many "hot chicks" as if you were living in Hollywood or Florida.
