This is one of those questions which strikes me every now and again. Many things - including, let's take as an example, consumer electronics, which are super-minaturised, are touted as being perfect for women. OK, so they're slightly weaker, they've got smaller hands etc...
But, consider this. Women are socially allowed to carry small bags. Men must either have a backpack that possibly stores the contents of their house, or they are limited to their pockets. So why are we walking around with enormous pieces of kit when we have nowhere to put it? Yet a man carrying something tiny and sleek are generally considered effete.
Surely we should get the small stuff?
