lets look to nature. monogamy is far from common.

"she's so stupid because her hormones don't like being boxed into archaic traditions" blah blah blah.

I think a lot of problems arise becuase people formally expect monogamy, but silently want to go f@ck the crap out of the neighors wife or what not. It's a cultural imposition, and that's the cost-

I believe everyone has the capacity to be unfaithful. It just depends on the situation/people involved. Yes, that means I believe your wife would cheat on you in the right situation, along with my girlfriend and anyone elses significant other.

From my experience, girls are way more unfaithful. I only know one girl who has never cheated on her bf. - they sleep around like they are still single. It is the guys who are responsible and don't cheat.

agreed. in the end a relationship is a compromise to mitigate risk. don't kid yourself, anyone with a sex drive will have desires beyond the relationship.

She's right that he shouldn't control her but this is where values come into play. When you're in a relationship you're supposed to stay faithful to your significant other. Meaning you shouldn't go out on dates with other men for pleasure. I could see if it was a businses dinner per se but it wasn't. Hence her saying her boyfriend would kill her if he found out.
