The only fat that needs to be completely avoided is trans-fat, which is a staple in processed foods.

because there are too many fat people, and the resulting health problems cost a lot for us tax payers.

Do you have to monitor your sugar intake? Sorry that I ask, but I know little on the topic of ADD.

Too much sugar makes me really fidgety and restless,it also makes focusing and problem solving difficult.
