im sorry but im from the UK and if i took that stance.... id be dead
everything, and i mean everything is taxed here by at least 17.5%
fuel is taxed by 80% and if chose not to buy fuel.... well i wouldt be able to get to work. and dont say buses/trains because our government is that good at running these things that it privatised the lot.... run by the lowest bidder, ie not at all. the only train to go past where i work carriers a couple of 100 tons of molten steel.
even the things essential to live are taxed here, and id hazard a guess that theyre all cheaper to buy in the rest of the world
