Why are there higher requirements for Simcity 2000...

And I think i might still have a copy at work.

I assume you're talking about SimTower....Man, I bought it from them when it was a new game. When I grabbed it a few years back, I grabbed it from the original floppies.

OT: i'm playing Tycoon City New York right now, it's surprisingly a great game! maybe because im a new yorker?!?! LOL!

I remember S2k for sure, and Electro Man on one 3.5", and Miss Pac Man on a 5.25". That's as far back as my history goes.

QFT. I paid full retail for SC3k the day it came out and was sorely dissapointed. I later <cough> got </cough> a copy from a friend, of SC4 and although it was better than 3k, it didn't come close to the magic of 2k.

While we're on the subject, would someone possibly have a copy of SimCity 2000 Floppy edition? I only need the first floppy disk because I managed to find disk 2 but not disk 1. I don't want to download SC2000 from a website because all the versions I found weren't the floppy edition.

I used to, complete with all of the VESA drivers for DOS and all that, but I lost it years ago. Only got the CD copy now
