Why are the majority of quickie mart/7-11 owners indian/middle eastern?

On the other hand, many might own the shop and many others and work their as well.

I don't think the question was 'Why do the majority of Indian/Middle Eastern people own Quickie Marts/7-Elevens', but 'Why are the majority of Quickie Marts/7-Eleven owners Indian/Middle Eastern'?

And its not a Southern California thing, its everywhere; from coast to coast.
