i dunno, QB jerseys are pretty tight. i'd say more people have a QB's jersey than any other position player.
 
Different players wear their jerseys differently. Quarterbacks need a lot more mobility on their upper body, so theirs tend to be a bit looser. Running backs, for example, tend to be tighter because they don't want to give people something to grab while tackling them.
 
D linemen probably have the tightest fitting jerseys - they don't want to give the O lineman anything to grab onto
