dumb kids... at least you got the bike back.. whenever i park my bike, i always change my gears, so if someone where to try and take off with it, it'd take them a couple of seconds before getting it in gear to ride.. and when it's time for me to ride off, set it back to whatever i had it set to.

Racist?!? I don't think so! joe678's bias is obviously against males. Didn't you notice the way joe678 referred to the suspect as a "kid", and later referred to that person as "he" and "him." Come on, if joe678 had any dignity at all, he would have left the gender ambiguous, and simply referred to the suspect as a "youth."
