What is guilt? Is it whether a person committed the crime or is it that a juror of their peers felt the prosecution presented a good enough case to warrant a guilty verdict? We know that Arthur Andersen was guilty but the verdict in that case just got overturned because the jurors were not given enough information to understand what they were deciding on. Or so says the defense.

Michael Jackson jurors were given a ninety-something page instruction book. I guess that was sufficient. I wonder who read it all.

I think anyone who thinks watching a televised trial makes them as informed as a juror is a lunatic. By the way, I watched the OJ trial. What did I see? A bunch of racist cops and bad investigating. Did everyone else miss that?
why do you say the cops were racist?

Because in today's screwed up reality if you can make people think or believe the cops are racist then the defendant is automatically innocent. It is their great trump card, or the "Get out of accountability FREE" card to be more exact. They spend so much time crying racism and that the defendants are the victims that the whole thing becomes one big joke and the truth is lost in the shuffle.
