Why are people so hell bent on saying they "know" some celebrity did some crime?

You people werent there, so you dont know jack! You were not a juror in MJ or OJ case so stop acting like you are all knowing or something. Most people are either bigots(hate the interracial relationship or the fact that OJ was black) or want to see a famous person go to jail. All you know is what the media told you and yet you think you are some kind of expert on whether someone is guilty or innocent. A sad state our society has come to where you are proved guilty before trial and even if you are judicially innocent you are never really innocent because of all these people who wont accept the verdict. What has this world come to?

There are people on death row who are potentially innocent and some that have already been executed who could have been innocent... So, is the whole trial/jury process without fault? No!

I am not one to say guilty or innocent either way without being on the jury, and how old were you during the OJ trial? you watched daily as a juror would have had to? yah-right-guy. The OJ Simpson trial was very racially divisive, people were generally on the fence of their race, were you under a rock or something?

I was 31 at the time of the OJ trial and watched most of it....he was guilty as sin from analyzing the evidence if you have any kind of a brain (outside the constraints of a courtroom), but I said he would be found NOT GUILTY because the prosecution was inept and did not prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. And as others have said, if he was not guilty then why have they never looked for any other suspects? The question is easy to answer. The evidence against OJ was irrefutable but the prosecution did not present it properly and let a killer walk.

What is guilt? Is it whether a person committed the crime or is it that a juror of their peers felt the prosecution presented a good enough case to warrant a guilty verdict? We know that Arthur Andersen was guilty but the verdict in that case just got overturned because the jurors were not given enough information to understand what they were deciding on. Or so says the defense.

Michael Jackson jurors were given a ninety-something page instruction book. I guess that was sufficient. I wonder who read it all.

I think anyone who thinks watching a televised trial makes them as informed as a juror is a lunatic. By the way, I watched the OJ trial. What did I see? A bunch of racist cops and bad investigating. Did everyone else miss that?

OJ said publicly more than once that Nicole's fake tits were "his" because he paid for them, and no other man was going to enjoy them. The killer took the time to carve out her breast implants. Then you have the blood on his clothes, in his car, etc., and the fact that he was found guilty in the civil trial.

So wake up. If you want to cry racism and bigotry, point it at the African-Americans who refuse to see the truth just because he is black. OJ killed his wife and her boyfriend.
